Site Usage Policy in general
When submitting content to MyCareerRemedy whether in the form of opinion,
comments, ratings, job posting, resume or your profile page the following are
inappropriate:

Violating the intellectual property rights of a third party

Creating more than one account

Re-establishing an account on MyCareerRemedy.com after your account has been
terminated

Defaming a third party

Selecting or using a Member ID or photo that violates someone's trademark
rights

Affecting the way MyCareerRemedy.com displays its pages, such as by framing
MyCareerRemedy.com or placing pop-up windows over its pages
-
Using any automated means to access the site or collect any information from
the site

Using ActiveX, Java, cookies, web bugs or other tracking technologies (such as
HumanClick or Sitemeter)

Collecting any personal information about users through MyCareerRemedy.com,
including, but not limited to, their username or password

Using emails tools (such as "Email this page") to send spam

Sharing your password with a third party
-
Publishing or using files or processes that pose a threat to the proper
technical operation of the system or to the security of other members

Provide any content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs,
cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage,
detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any
system, data or personal information

Customizing MyCareerRemedy.com in a way that adversely affects the display of
any advertising or promotional links on the site

Requesting search engines to crawl or index any portion of MyCareerRemedy.com

Modifying or creating variant versions of MyCareerRemedy logos or other
trademarks

Illegal activity under the laws of Massachusetts and the United States
-
Speaking on behalf of MyCareerRemedy, describing yourself as an MyCareerRemedy
employee or using MyCareerRemedy letterhead

Posting material containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech or threats of
violence
-
Including contact or personal information about another individual without
their permission
-
Including any pornographic content (This includes any sexually explicit
pictures.)

Submitting content that is reasonably likely to offend a person looking for
information

Harassing another member
Job and Resume Posting

Please post only real jobs and resumes. Job postings must be individual openings
for traditional, W-2 or 1099 employees. Other postings that MyCareerRemedy does not
support include, but are not limited to:

Positions that require a monetary investment by the job seeker at any time
-
Advertisements for Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) positions
-
Business opportunities, including Email Processors and Project 21
-
Anything related to the adult entertainment industry

Postings are for advertising available positions or individuals only. If
you would like to advertise your company or website, please contact our
Sales Department.

All information contained in postings must be clear and accurate, not
misleading in any way, containing sufficient detail. Postings which require the
user to "email for more details" are not
supported.

Please use only professional language in your postings. Remember, your posting
is a representation of you.

If you see any inappropriate postings on MyCareerRemedy, please report them to
our webmaster@MyCareerRemedy.Com.

Protect your password. If others post inappropriate material to MyCareerRemedy
using your account, you risk losing access to the service.

We cannot monitor every posting to MyCareerRemedy, nor do we take
responsibility for the content posted by our users. However, we do randomly
monitor postings to ensure compliance with these House Rules.

MyCareerRemedy does not tolerate unsolicited commercial email. MyCareerRemedy
users involved in such activity will have their accounts suspended.

Your job postings must be for your own internal use only. You may not sell or
provide MyCareerRemedy job posting services to third parties.
Postings found to be in violation of any of the conditions of the first three
rules may be removed without warning and the poster will be notified.
Interpretation of the rules is at the sole discretion of MyCareerRemedy. The
rules may be changed at any time without warning or notification.
Posting on MyCareerRemedy is a privilege. MyCareerRemedy reserves the right to
suspend that privilege on an individual basis for any reason.
